Scqsv Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At SCQSV, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you need to cancel or return your order, we have outlined our policy below for your reference.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or processed. If your cancellation is received in time, you will receive a full refund.

• Please note: Once the item has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order. At this stage, you will need to follow the return procedure upon receiving your package.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the receipt of your order, under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.

• The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

• You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for authorization. Once we receive the return request and verify its eligibility, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

• Shipping for returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are $10 unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

• Note: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Please follow the same process as for returns to initiate an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Exchange Shipping Cost:

• Customers are responsible for paying the $10 return shipping fee unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

• We only offer one exchange per order. You may choose between a full refund or an exchange, but not both.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days to request a return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account or credit card company, as refunds may take a few days to process.
